To apply for a Firework Stand Permit:

1. Attach the bond or valid certificate of public liability and property-casualty insurance providing coverage of up to ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000) for personal injury and property damage.  You must have coverage for each location.  

2. Pay the permit & inspection fee. (below)
